When filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, the debtor shall have available all of the following

1. 2010 & 2009 Federal Tax Returns


2. 90 days pay stubs


3. Pension Statement


4. Retirement Statements


5. Monthly Mortgage Statement & Equity Statement on all properties


6. Auto Monthly Statements/Vehicle titles


7. Last Three Months Bank Statements


8. Copy of any life insurance policies


9. Copy of any pensions, stocks, bonds, CD’s or mutual funds
